Location: Foetz, Luxembourg, Europe OR Fort Worth, TX, USA  (with the possibility to work remote for US based).


Oversee customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via various communication channels (email, phone, social media).

Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Actively monitor and manage social media accounts, proactively engaging with followers, creating compelling content, and fostering community interaction.

Develop social media strategies to enhance brand presence, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our platforms.

Analyze social media metrics and customer feedback to identify trends, capitalize on opportunities, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and other departments, to align customer engagement initiatives with overarching company objectives.

Take charge of content creation responsibilities, including organizing photoshoots and personally generating local content.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer relations and social media management.


Prior experience in customer relations, social media management, or a related field.

English native speaker or equivalent English C2 level.

Strong preference for candidates with a military background.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.

Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Possesses an analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.

Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Previous experience with Night Vision is viewed as beneficial. 

EU or US Passport Holder.
