The location of this position is in Foetz, Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

Involved in new design projects as well as support to existing production and other areas of the company.

Carries out detailed electronic circuit design, including simulation and design verification testing of the new design.

Carries out PCB layout of designs using Altium Designer software.

Selects new parts, taking into consideration obsolescence, availability and cost.

Develop new products or improvements / modifications to existing products, including product concept, design documentation, as well as testing of the design in the laboratory.

Assure all part designs meet requirements including time-to-market and product target cost.

Manage resolution of technical issues including root cause analysis.

Maintains high standard professionalism in attitudes and communication with fellow employees and customers.

Demonstrated initiative, drive, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

English language.

Experience in PADS Power PCB, Power Logic or equivalent.

Working knowledge with MS Office.

Ability to problem solve (identifying issues and being proactive in proposal of solutions), good planning and organization (setting priorities and goals, and analysing them for future improvement), teamwork and customer focus (cooperating and working within a team towards customer satisfaction by communicating clearly and maintaining good relationships).

European Union Passport Holder.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to work within a team environment.
